Going Back to School

Back to school anxiety is quite common and understandable in many children and adolescents at the moment.

There are many unknowns about how school will actually operate.  What is going to be the same?  What is going to be different.  

Helping children voice any concerns they may have is an important step in managing big feelings they may be experiencing. 

In this workbook you will find some prompts to help conversation between your and your child.  And at the end there is a sheet with suggestions as to what you and your child can do to help regulate their emotions.
